Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Lauren Amber Socarras embodies the perfect blend of creativity and efficiency. At Ascent Media, she brings a refreshing energy to our team with her dynamic presence as our Art Director. She's a talented graphic designer, editor, and photographer.

Don't let her easy-going demeanor fool you—when it comes to work, Lauren Amber is a force to be reckoned with. You'll often find her walking around with a polaroid camera because, well, film is just better.

Prior to joining Ascent Media, Lauren Amber served as Lead Photographer and Senior Graphic Designer for Governor Ron DeSantis on his historic 2022 Re-Election Victory as well as his Presidential bid. She also photographed the cover for the Governor's New York Times Best Selling Book, “The Courage to Be Free.”

She's got a cute Catahoula Leopard dog (think of a Dalmatian in dark mode) named Franklin.

Lauren Amber is a graduate of Florida International University and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
